As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the office environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of contracts and orders, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
- Utilize the Contracts module on Sage for effective tracking and management.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracts and Orders Coordinator to streamline processes.
- Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with service providers.
- Handle additional responsibilities such as arranging for repairs, managing lease vehicle renewals, and ensuring compliance with insurance payments.
- Facilitate communication with landlords and oversee essential checks, such as fire alarm inspections.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate refreshments for meetings and workshops.
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. A background in finance is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is suited for a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, particularly during peak periods.
Working Conditions:This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The compensation package includes competitive benefits such as enhanced employer pension contributions, life insurance, private medical coverage, and a generous holiday allowance.
