Job Title: Associate Director Project Management

About the Role:

Forthright Case Management LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Director Project Management to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing projects and growing the team to bring in new clients and expand our services.

About the Company:

Forthright Case Management LLC is a firm of construction consultants with several offices across the North West and North East of England. We provide project management and cost management services for clients in the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including setting up project management processes, producing formal reports and documents, and engaging with clients and construction teams.
  2. Team Management: You will have line management experience and be responsible for motivating and mentoring your team members.
  3. Business Development: You will be responsible for growing the project management service within our office, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
  4. Contract Administration: You will have experience of contract administration and be able to engage with clients and construction teams to move projects forward to completion.

Requirements:

  1. Education: You will need to have a BSc or BSc Hons or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or another construction / built environment subject.
  2. Qualifications: You may also have a project management qualification.
  3. Experience: You need to have at least six years' minimum experience working as a Project Manager post graduation in the construction industry.
  4. Skills: You will need to have good experience of contract administration, be able to produce formal reports and documents, and have line management experience.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be very negotiable from around £50,000 to £70,000 per annum plus pension, fees and performance-related bonus.
