About the Role

Cameron Kennedy is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, establishing new connections with potential clients, and promoting our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth and VIP customers to expand current business or attract new business.
    • Identify and capitalize on new commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market.
  • Credit and Lending
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive credit applications for approval in residential or commercial property purchases.
    • Oversee the post-sanction facility implementation process, including obtaining necessary documentation and conducting due diligence.
  • Customer Service
    • Regularly update customers on their fund status, market conditions, trends, and opportunities.
    • Ensure timely responsiveness to customer requests for information, advice, and action.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Maintain accurate and updated individual customer records.
    • Ensure compliance with legal/statutory requirements for safeguarding information.
Requirements
  • Fluent Arabic language skills.
  • CeMap certification.
  • Prior Relationship Management experience.
