We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team at Galldris Group. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality proposal documentation and supporting the creation of winning bids.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting Proposal Documentation: Develop and maintain a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to ensure efficiency across submissions.
- Supporting Bid Team: Assist in the creation of bid documents, including kick-offs and settlements, and provide proofing and editing services to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage proposal submissions, assist with post-bid activities, and monitor and log opportunities through procurement portals.
- Communication and Organization: Develop and maintain effective communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses, with a strong background in bid team management.
- Skills: Excellent writing and grammar skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Education: Degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English, with APMP Certification preferred but not essential.
