The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for drafting high-quality proposal documentation, including EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs. Key accountabilities include:

  1. Supporting the drafting of detailed bids, including gathering necessary data from proposal contributors such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers, and wider teams.
  2. Supporting the creation of bid documents related to kick-offs and settlements.
  3. Proofing and editing colleague's bid response documents to ensure each document contains the required information for a successful, winning bid.
  4. Maintaining and administering a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions.
  5. Supporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information logging.
  6. Assisting in the monitoring and logging of opportunities through procurement portals.
  7. Undertaking other administrative duties that contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directors.

Experience and Knowledge

  1. Experience working within a bid team.
  2. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
  3. Competence in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  4. Ideal degree qualification in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English.
  5. APMP Certification is preferred but not essential.
  6. Experience working with bid submission and procurement portals.
  7. Construction industry experience, preferably Civil Engineering.
  8. Adobe editing experience.

  2. Excellent writing and grammar skills with the ability to prioritise.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  5. Relationship building skills.
