Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Selica International Ltd. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of revenue and activity
  • Work with the marketing team to implement new campaigns
  • Perform regular sales variations with outbound calls and email campaigns
  • Attend trade shows and networking events for lead generation
  • Onboard new clients
  • Attend client meetings and follow up on quotes and leads
  • Draw up quotations and assist with RFP/Tender/Proposal
  • Track and analyze sales performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the translation industry in sales is essential
  • High level of IT skills
  • Excellent translation technology knowledge
  • Desire to exceed client expectations
  • Good communication skills
  • Business insight and awareness
  • Fluent English to native standard
