About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at William Henry Associates Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our training solutions to trade and construction business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our sales development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a trade or construction environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently to drive sales goals and objectives.
