Major Donor Fundraiser Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Major Donor Fundraiser to join our team at Wadars Animal Rescue. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing significant gifts from high net worth individuals, corporates, and trusts to support our animal welfare work.

About the Role

  • Deliver ambitious income targets from major donors, corporates, and trusts
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive major donor strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high net worth individuals and corporate partners
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Produce high-quality proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials

Requirements

  • Proven track record of securing significant gifts from major donors
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of legacy fundraising and administration
  • Experience of working in a charity or not-for-profit environment
