About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Charity People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain high-value individual supporters, legacy pledgers, and major donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, major donors, and legacy pledgers to secure sustainable income for our client, St Catherine's Hospice.
- Develop and implement effective stewardship and thanking strategies to ensure long-term relationships with supporters.
- Identify and connect with new prospects to expand our donor base.
- Develop and monitor processes to keep our high-value, major donor, and legacy pledger portfolios dynamic and engaging.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of developing and managing donor relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will be a team player who is passionate about making a difference and supporting those facing death and bereavement.
