Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Equipment & Service Officer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key service partners, equipment manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure first-class service delivery and optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire service and maintenance function
  • Collaborate closely with local and global equipment manufacturers to resolve issues and enhance equipment longevity
  • Take ownership of critical projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business and client expectations
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to identify areas for improvement and optimise service delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge working within Commercial Kitchen/Restaurants
  • Previous experience working on/with Gas appliances, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Commercial Cooking equipment
  • Beneficial to have worked for market leading Manufacturers with commercial catering
  • IT software knowledge such as Word
  • Full UK Driving license
