**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build day-to-day relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, Major Donors, Legacy pledgers, members, and prospects
* Deliver impactful stewardship, thanking, and face-to-face meetings
* Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain donors

**Requirements:**

* Brilliant relationship-building skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with at least 50% of time spent in the office
* Strong organizational and time management skills
