Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at OPEX Selection (Lean Six Sigma Recruitment). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Coach and train colleagues on lean six sigma methodologies and tools
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Early career experience in industrial, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering with exposure to autonomous maintenance and total productive maintenance
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, with the ability to engage with a range of people
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with leadership teams and shop floor colleagues
