About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Reinvigoration, a leading operations transformation consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve operational excellence and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and Reinvigoration's expertise.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to support clients in adopting new processes and skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Reinvigoration's solutions remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional business analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with process mapping tools, data visualization software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Formal qualifications in business administration, operations management, or a related field (desirable).
