Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at Cognibox. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and leading transformational projects to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational maturity across key dimensions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Transformational Projects: Lead and execute tactical and transformational projects to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery, Process, and Risk (QCDPR) across the organization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement, quantifying benefits from improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage the delivery of workstreams, plans, and documentation, ensuring projects remain on track and obstacles are removed.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, outcomes, and ROI to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to align improvement initiatives to strategic priorities.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
