We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to work closely with our CEO to enhance operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Review and optimize business processes and procedures throughout the company to improve efficiency, focusing on functions such as sales, production, operations, distribution, and marketing.
- Bring expertise in best practices from various industries to drive process improvements.
- Support the CEO in making informed commercial decisions across the business, including production, people management, and supply chain optimization.
- Negotiate effectively and commercially with suppliers and partners.
- Assist in managing the production cycle of items and optimize supply base through regular reviews and new opportunity assessments.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor costs and margins, and contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in process improvement within a fast-paced business environment.
- Knowledge of production processes and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret financial accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A degree from a reputable Business School, such as an MBA or similar, is highly desirable.
