Key Responsibilities- Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives to optimize team performance, labor planning, and cost reduction.
- Contribute to the planning process, developing OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement warehouse and process design, productivity, and data tools using Lean Six Sigma concepts.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement in our warehouse teams, challenging and systematically improving warehouse SOPs.
- Collaborate with multiple functions, including product, logistics, and mechanic managers, to continuously improve processes.
- Permission to work in the UK is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
- Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL, and database queries.
- Travel is an important part of the role, expected at approximately 40%.
- Master's Degree in management or operations.
- Lean certification.
