The Service Desk Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. We seek an individual with a friendly and helpful attitude, able to restore normal IT service operations within agreed service levels and business priorities, while minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage contacts to the service desk, capturing all pertinent information while ensuring timely resolutions or escalations of incidents and requests.
Requirements
We require a candidate with 2 years of experience within a Service Desk, able to react quickly, logically, and effectively under pressure. Certified ITIL v3 Foundation is essential, with MCP and CCNA certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as customer service experience, are also necessary.
