The Service Desk Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. We seek an individual with a friendly and helpful attitude, able to restore normal IT service operations within agreed service levels and business priorities, while minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contacts to the service desk, capturing all pertinent information while ensuring timely resolutions or escalations of incidents and requests.

• Utilize strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience within a Service Desk, with the ability to react quickly, logically, and effectively under pressure.

• Certified ITIL v3 Foundation.

• Preferably MCP and CCNA certified.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer service experience.
