As a Service Desk Analyst at Vaultex UK Ltd, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and helpful presence to resolve their IT-related queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Restore normal IT service operations within agreed service levels and business priorities, minimizing adverse impact on business operations.
• Manage contacts to the service desk, capturing pertinent information and ensuring timely resolutions or escalations of incidents and requests.
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in a Service Desk environment, with the ability to react quickly, logically, and effectively under pressure.
• Certified ITIL v3 Foundation.
• Preferably MCP and CCNA certified.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Customer service experience.
