Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, adhering to established service level agreements.
- Utilize IT Service Management Software to accurately record and track issues, ensuring seamless escalation and resolution processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop expertise in core business systems, including Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and Microsoft Office products.
