Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Utilize IT Service Management Software to accurately record and track issues, ensuring seamless escalation and resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop expertise in core business systems, including Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company desktop solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, patches, and bug fixes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
