Senior People and Culture Business Partner

As a key member of the Cooper Energy team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our Operations Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business strategy while being hands-on in supporting our key operational areas.
As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice on key areas such as employee relations, resourcing, performance management, learning and development, organisation design, leadership, talent and succession planning, and change management.
You will also be responsible for managing industrial/employee relations matters, including liaising with unions and leading enterprise bargaining processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the People & Culture team to establish core learning frameworks for all personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering strategic people initiatives that support organisational goals. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare management reports and documentation.
