Business Partner for People and Culture

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Business Partner to join its People Business Partnering Team. The successful candidate will provide professional advice, guidance, and proactive HR support to managers and leaders across the organisation.
The role will involve working closely with the Care Group Triumvirate to ensure the delivery of the People and Culture plan and all other people strategies to support the business goals. The Business Partner will also support the leadership of specific Care Groups and corporate departments by taking a lead on all workforce related matters for these areas.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivery of significant workforce change projects and demonstrable success of working as a HR Business Partner in a large, complex organisation. They will be able to develop workforce plans aligned to the business needs of the Trust and ensure this is reviewed not just throughout the workforce planning cycle but all year.
The role will be predominantly based at our Denmark Hill site with an attendance required at one of our South Sites one day per week with the option for hybrid working also.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong working relationships with many key stakeholders, including Finance, Employee Relations, Recruitment and the Site Executive team as well as liaise with our central workforce team to ensure the needs of the services are met.
