Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our People and Culture team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional advice, guidance, and proactive HR support to managers and leaders across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Care Group Triumvirate to ensure the delivery of our People and Culture plan and all other people strategies to support the business goals. Your expertise will be essential in developing workforce plans aligned to the business needs of the Trust and ensuring this is reviewed throughout the workforce planning cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team of People Business Partners and contribute to the achievement of Trust goals with a particular focus on People metrics as well as supporting improvement in the Trust's financial position.

Main Duties of the Job
  1. Support the leadership of specific Care Groups and corporate departments by taking a lead on all workforce related matters for these areas.
  2. Develop workforce plans aligned to the business needs of the Trust and ensure this is reviewed throughout the workforce planning cycle.
  3. Provide first line advice to managers with regards to policy, process, and employee relations.
