Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
