About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Longines Boutique in London. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling Longines products, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
  • Merchandise, promote, and sell all Longines products to end consumers, meeting sales targets and boutique objectives.
  • Assist the management team in training, supervising, and motivating employees, planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to optimize use of available time.
  • Maintain a general awareness of products and security hotspots, controlling shrinkage, and following company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the boutique reaching its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewelry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
