Role Overview

The operations team is vital to enhancing our customers' experience by ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels. We are seeking a dedicated Materials Planning Executive to contribute to our mission. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with various departments to assess the required quantities of raw materials necessary for product creation, ensuring a consistent supply.
  • Developing precise plans to maintain stock levels within established targets, facilitating the production of our products.
  • Coordinating the procurement of diverse products across all ranges, including trials, and managing orders for stock replenishments to support the production schedule.
  • Assisting in the organization of scheduled transport and ensuring timely shipments.
  • Cultivating strong supplier relationships alongside the Procurement team to guarantee timely deliveries and providing regular updates on forecasts.
  • Given the nature of our products, monitoring the shelf life of materials is crucial. You will ensure that stock is suitable for use and accurately recorded in our systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date wastage reports and collaborating with the Material Planning Team to predict any stock loss, with a focus on minimizing waste.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or those with 1-2 years of experience in Production or Materials Planning. Strong communication skills are essential, as building relationships with suppliers is a key aspect of this role.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is critical for tracking raw material stock levels, which is a fundamental part of our supply chain effectiveness.
