About the Role
We are in search of a motivated and passionate professional to join our Business Development team, contributing significantly to the ongoing global growth of our brands: YOTEL, YOTELPAD, and YOTELAIR. This role is particularly exciting, coinciding with our ambitious plans for new hotel openings in key markets.
Located at our Global Headquarters, this position will report directly to the Director of Business Development. The focus will be on feasibility analysis and business development as part of YOTEL's global growth strategy, providing the successful candidate with valuable exposure to various leading markets and opportunities for regional expertise. The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-driven, playing a crucial role in expanding our innovative lean-luxury lifestyle brand through management, franchise, and leasehold ventures.

Key Responsibilities
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough, commercially focused data analysis for underwriting financial models and business plans related to YOTEL's management, franchise, and lease projects.
- Proposal Development: Carefully prepare and present deal proposals, financing packages, market analyses, and investment committee submissions.
- Leadership Engagement: Collaborate directly with senior leadership, including the CEO and CDO, as necessary.
- Industry Networking: Establish a network within the hotel feasibility and development sector. Represent YOTEL at industry conferences and events.
- Business Growth: Support senior leadership in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for expansion in target markets through relationships with investors and developers.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong connections with YOTEL staff across global offices to facilitate company growth.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a presence at YOTEL HQ, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
What We Are Looking For
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate, Finance, or Economics; or a Master's degree in a related field.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, asset management, investment, or consultancy, providing a solid foundation for this role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality finance and operations, with excellent data analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
- Proficient in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
- Fluency in a second language is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Established connections within the hotel and real estate sectors are advantageous.
- Commercially astute and a critical thinker.
- Creative problem solver with a self-motivated approach to thrive in a dynamic environment.
