Job Summary

The Director of Product Expansion and Growth will play a key role in driving the adoption and expansion of our Forma offering. This strategic leader will help develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and exceptional organizational and motivational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a product-led growth strategy to drive business expansion
  • Conduct market and customer research to inform strategic decisions
  • Engage with customers throughout their journey to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze product usage and user behaviors to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement experiments to optimize customer experiences and drive growth
  • Drive increases in customer lifetime value through upsells and cross-sells
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to resolve pain points and improve the customer experience
  • Prioritize initiatives that deliver significant business outcomes and drive growth
  • Identify key metrics to track the impact of growth initiatives and continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in developing business and go-to-market strategies
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and expansion
  • Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
