Job Summary

The Director of Product Expansion and Growth will play a key role in driving the adoption and expansion of our Forma offering. This strategic leader will help develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and exceptional organizational and motivational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a product-led growth strategy to increase customer lifetime value and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with customers throughout their journey to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze product usage and user behaviors to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer experiences.
  • Design and implement experiments to test and refine growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to resolve pain points and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data to ensure optimal results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in developing business and go-to-market strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to rally teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
