About the Role

Cranberry Panda is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the company's growth operations to the next level. As the Executive Director of Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Managerial Excellence: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the growth function, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the strategic vision.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Lead the design and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring they are continuously optimised for performance and return on investment.
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with key clients, aligning growth strategies with their business goals and providing expert guidance to maximise their success.
  • Innovation and Scalability: Drive innovation within the growth team, developing and implementing scalable systems and processes that support the expansion of multiple brands.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the P&L for the growth division, ensuring financial decisions support the company's growth objectives and maximise profitability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in growth-focused roles with extensive experience in strategic leadership, management, and operations within digital marketing, eCommerce, and data analytics.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to deliver significant growth in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in developing and scaling multi-channel campaigns while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building and managing growth teams that achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to handle complex data sets and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • A balance of hands-on experience with a strong focus on strategic vision and scalable growth.
