About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Brave Human Capital Group.

As the focal point of the customer experience team, you will manage client relationships, handle queries, and ensure accurate and updated information flow between energy suppliers and clients.

You will collaborate with other departments and external businesses, maintain a professional demeanor, and host meetings via video conferencing or in-person.

Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee B2B accounts, ensuring timely service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on client performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including renewals and upselling services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Use data to provide insights and recommendations for client energy management and cost-saving goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management or client services, preferably in energy management or utilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
