Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Account Manager to join our Contract New Build Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with new build contractors, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing contractors, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth.
- Product Promotion: Promote our high-quality products to new build contractors, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, including call-offs, quotations, amendments, debt management, and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom industry, with a strong understanding of fast-track building processes.
