Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual who embodies our core principles to join our team as a Physiotherapy Administrative Support Trainee within our Outpatient Physiotherapy department.

This role will primarily be based in our centralized administrative center, contributing to the efficient operation of our services.

The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming and collaborative team within a dynamic Outpatient environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for this position.

The role includes participation in regular review sessions with a supervisor and assessor, culminating in an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Application Support Level 2.

This qualification encompasses:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Digital Application Support (QCF)
  • Essential Skills - Application of Number (AON) Level 1
  • Essential Skills - Communication Level 1
  • Essential Skills - Digital Literacy Level 2
  • Foundation Apprenticeship in Digital Application Support

This position is fixed-term for a duration of 15 months to align with the service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed individual will deliver administrative and clerical assistance to the Outpatient Physiotherapy service, which includes:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Engaging in data entry tasks
  • Managing waiting lists
  • Performing reception duties
  • Contributing to the overall functionality of the departments
