We are pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Physiotherapist to spearhead the outpatient and community-focused wellness services within our Community Neurological Rehabilitation framework.
We seek a proactive and creative Neurological Physiotherapist with a strong background in leadership and rehabilitation to oversee complex case management. The individual in this role will manage a team of Physiotherapists and support personnel, primarily operating in outpatient and community settings to assist individuals living with Neurological disorders. This position emphasizes the integration of physical health and wellness strategies that are in line with our Rehabilitation Model and strategic vision for enhancing community health.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an innovative Neurological Physiotherapist with extensive post-registration experience. Responsibilities include managing a diverse and intricate caseload, leading a team of both registered and non-registered physiotherapy staff, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Ensure the operational delivery of a high-caliber Physiotherapy service that includes Neurological outpatient and community group interventions.
- Demonstrate prior senior clinical and leadership experience.
- Provide expert clinical guidance, support, and mentorship to the physiotherapy team.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Collaborate efficiently within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Work closely with key leaders and managers to identify areas for service enhancement and implement transformative changes.
- Serve as a specialist resource for Physiotherapists and other multidisciplinary team members in this niche area.
- Advocate for and support patients' rights by fostering shared decision-making, respecting individual preferences, and ensuring privacy and dignity at all times.
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.

- Recognized qualification degree or equivalent in physiotherapy.
