MediTalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our client's team as Deputy Head of Physiotherapy. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern hospital in Jersey, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.
About the Role:We are looking for a chartered physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, who has experience working in a hospital setting and has a strong track record of leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and will be able to work autonomously while being an effective team player.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-standard physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients in the outpatient department and/or ward.
- Use clinical reasoning skills to develop treatment plans that are appropriate for the patient.
- Assist the Head of Physiotherapy in shaping and guiding the physiotherapy service.
- Collaborate with the Head Physiotherapist on organisation-wide strategic planning and service enhancements.
- Support the Head of Physiotherapy in leading, planning, developing, and assessing the PT service.
- Promote change and implement solutions to ensure high standards of patient-focused service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Salary up to £80,000 per annum.
