Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery.
  • Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and contribute to the development of clinical services.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience of working in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
