Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled NPI Administrator - Domain Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will provide administrative support in daily management, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular updates of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in systems and visual boards or KPI dashboards related to the NPI team.
- Ensure the up-to-date status of productivity projects tracking in systems.
- Manage Smartsheet related to NPI Engineering, including maintaining databases and tracking progress.
- Perform scrap part management, including maintaining databases, ordering scraps when required, and storing scrap parts.
- Maintain a Lesson Learned Database and cross-check NPI deliverables readiness related to any Requests for Deliverables (RDRs).
- Long-term, create and maintain site-level capability lists, communicate cost and timing to focal points, and update catalogues proactively.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
- Aerospace background with LEAN Six Sigma certification.
- Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer or Diploma.
- Strong administrative skills, willingness to perform routine tasks, efficient communication skills, logical thinking, and a detailed-oriented mindset.
