You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results, leveraging your technical expertise and digital tool proficiency to drive project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to track technical project progress and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate shop technical reviews of new repairs and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate technical reviews between multiple stakeholders, fostering effective communication and resolution.
  • Compile technical documentation, including routers, process/technique sheets, and other technical instructions, to support the NPI process.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the site NPI schedule, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through the use and development of digital tools, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or demonstrated practical experience in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in an engineering or technical aviation role, including internship/trainee time.
  • Knowledge of repair and inspection processes applicable to the overhaul of Aircraft Engine Components.
  • Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and software.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Ability to compile concise and accurate engineering documentation.
  • Effective interpretation of inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, influencing others to achieve goals.
