Overview of the Apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapy Administrative Support Trainee, you will deliver a proficient and effective administrative assistance service to the Physiotherapy Outpatient Department.

You will participate in regular evaluation meetings with your supervisor and assessor, which will contribute towards achieving an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Application Support Level 2.

This qualification encompasses:

• Level 2 Diploma in Digital Application Support (QCF)

• Essential Skills - Application of Number (AON) Level 1

• Essential Skills - Communication Level 1

• Essential Skills – Digital Literacy Level 2

• Foundation Apprenticeship in Digital Application Support

Prerequisites

Educational Qualifications

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including Mathematics and English. Proficient understanding of Microsoft IT Applications.
Relevant work experience is advantageous.
Strong communication abilities.
Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Self-driven and enthusiastic attitude.
Willingness to adapt to varying shift patterns.
Ability to travel between different locations efficiently.
Proficiency in the Welsh language is a plus.

Required Skills

Familiarity with Microsoft IT Applications.
Relevant work experience.
Strong communication abilities.
Team collaboration skills.
