We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Physiotherapy Administration Lead. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administration functions of our Outpatient Physiotherapy service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for the Physiotherapy administration service, providing guidance and support to staff and patients as needed.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Operational Lead Outpatient Physiotherapy to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide training and support to staff on administrative procedures and systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
