About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Three UK. As an SEO Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues in the delivery of resource planning, strategy setting, business planning, and the execution of SEO projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical SEO Tasks: Carry out technical SEO tasks such as finding and fixing crawl errors, Core Web Vitals improvements, canonical issues, cannibalisation, redirect chains, etc.
  • Content Production: Partake in the content production process, through keyword research and gap analysis, with an understanding of customer journeys to create helpful content with the in-house agency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to glean actionable insights from Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more.
  • Internal Linking and Anchor Text: Utilise internal linking and anchor text to optimise search equity flow throughout the owned domains.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
  • Client and Customer Relationships: Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage internal client and customer relationships by using sales/client systems and protocols.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyse specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive SEO Experience: You will have extensive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO projects.
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role: You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills: You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
  • Salary Range: Salary range for this role starts at £37,200, and exact salary will differ by job and experience.
  • Performance-Based Annual Bonus: A performance-based annual bonus (eligibility cut-off is the 30th September) & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
  • Hybrid Working: Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week).
  • Annual Leave and Bank Holidays: 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 personal days annually, which increases with length of service.
