Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Content Assistant to join our Digital team at Primark. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SEO team by conducting research and optimization of our website to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEO, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will have 1-2 years' experience in B2C SEO, ideally within the digital/retail space, and be proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Majestic, SEMrush, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the SEO team in driving the SEO roadmap, prioritizing key activities in core markets.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
  • Write and optimize commercial and inspirational content to support brand campaigns, increase visibility, and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team, Merchandise, and Content to ensure the website is well-optimized and best practices are integrated into the content production process.
  • Support with local SEO strategy and execution.
