SEO Content Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SEO and strategic content development, demonstrating a successful track record of enhancing organic search performance while managing various projects and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

As the SEO Content Manager, your primary responsibility will be to formulate and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at boosting our online visibility, optimizing digital marketing initiatives, and increasing foot traffic to our stores in key markets.

This position will require you to lead global SEO initiatives while considering local nuances. Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, organizational prowess, and self-motivation are essential for success.

To qualify for this role, you should have relevant experience in a similar capacity, be adept at meeting deadlines, and managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams across various skill sets. Here’s a glimpse of your daily tasks:
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of high-quality, demand-driven content for our digital platforms.
  • Refine our content strategy to boost organic performance while aligning with business objectives.
  • Effectively manage the SEO content roadmap, prioritizing key initiatives and adapting to market dynamics.
  • Maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and quality of content projects.
  • Collaborate with content teams to incorporate SEO best practices into their content creation and editing processes.
  • Work closely with the Senior SEO Manager, digital trading, content, and web production teams to ensure optimal website performance and relevant content creation for SEO projects.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to guide SEO strategies.
  • Utilize all available SEO and analytics tools to evaluate site performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to inform and guide SEO analysts and relevant business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of effective strategy implementation and performance enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Majestic, Screaming Frog, Botify, Stat, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance responsibilities and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to analyze large volumes of data while maintaining a strategic overview.
  • Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
