SEO Content Manager

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEO and strategic content creation, with a proven history of improving organic search performance, managing multiple projects and stakeholders whilst ensuring business results.

As for the SEO Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our online presence, maximise digital marketing efforts and increase store footfall across priority markets.

This role will involve leading SEO efforts globally with local considerations. Good communication skills, analytical mindset, great attention to detail, organisation and motivation are key to succeed.

To be eligible for this role, you must have prior experience in a similar position, be comfortable with deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.

    In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  4. Oversee the creation and optimisation of high-quality, demand driven content for our digital platforms
  5. Create and improve our content strategy to improve organic performance while meeting business goals.
  6. Drive the SEO content roadmap effectively, prioritising key activities as needed and reacting to market changes and demand.
  7. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery and, quality of content projects.
  8. Collaborate with content teams to integrate SEO best practices into their content creation and editing process.
  9. Work closely with the Senior SEO Manager, digital trading, content, and web production teams to ensure the website is fully optimised for SEO and the right content is being created to drive SEO projects.
  10. Analyse competitors and industry trends to inform SEO strategies.
  11. Make use of all SEO and analytics tools available to assess site performance and drive recommendations for improvements.
  12. Produce weekly and monthly reports to inform and guide SEO analysts and relevant business stakeholders. What You'll Bring

  13. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven history of effective SEO strategy implementation and performance improvement.
  14. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console as well as SEO tools such as Majestic, Screaming Frog, Botify, Stat, SEMrush, etc.
  15. Effective planning and organisation skills, ability to balance responsibilities, plan and allocate time wisely for self and work within agreed timescales.
  16. Great attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
