As a Marketing Strategy Manager at Tech Buildr, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives within the software solutions sector, specifically tailored for the Social Housing industry.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of £40k - £60k, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus and a contributory pension plan. Remote working options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
In this newly established role, you will be tasked with enhancing our marketing strategy to elevate our brand presence and market positioning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing email campaigns, webinars, trade exhibitions, social media, SEO, and more.
- Driving brand growth and increasing awareness to position Tech Buildr as a leader in software solutions for Social Housing.
- Collaborating with a team of seasoned IT consultants and sales professionals in a supportive and innovative environment.
- Overseeing the marketing strategy with a focus on brand management, communication, awareness, demand generation, customer engagement events, and partner relations.
Marketing Management:
Your role will also involve:
- Managing website design and content creation, including liaising with web design agencies.
- Implementing customer engagement strategies, including content creation and follow-up communications.
- Leading email marketing initiatives for both new and existing customers, ensuring best practices in marketing automation.
- Creating and managing social media content and overarching strategies.
- Planning and executing lead generation campaigns aligned with sales and marketing objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Coordinating day-to-day marketing email campaigns.
- Supporting logistics for events and trade shows, including attendee tracking and promotional materials.
Sales Support:
In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will provide support for sales through:
- Collaboration with the Senior Management Team to ensure adherence to marketing processes and approvals.
- Leading the overall branding efforts and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Creating and managing marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and trade show materials.
- Executing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google.
- Conducting market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings.
- Analyzing marketing data to enhance future strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the software or technical services sector.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, along with familiarity with social media platforms.
- A proven track record in developing demand generation processes, particularly in digital marketing.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Willingness to travel for company meetings and events as required.
Additional Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and campaign execution.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing abilities with a keen attention to detail.
