Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident financial services professional to join our Client Delivery Projects team. The ideal candidate will have experience within wealth management and will understand the process of providing financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, check, and validate data required for client contact initiatives.
  • Ensure all records and databases are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
  • Provide data and insights for management information and reporting as and when required, meeting any set deadlines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services administration.
  • Previous experience within financial advisory or wealth management.
  • Confidence in using industry back-office systems such as Xplan to analyze and report on data.
  • The ability to demonstrate behaviors in line with Succession's Vision and Values: Client Focus, Long-term and Sustainable, Integrity, Efficiency, Nimble, and Teamwork.
