Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and confident financial services professional to join our Client Delivery Projects team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services administration and a strong understanding of wealth management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, check, and validate data required for client contact initiatives.
  • Ensure all records and databases are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
  • Provide data and insights for management information and reporting, meeting set deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services administration.
  • Previous experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
  • Confidence in using industry back-office systems such as Xplan to analyze and report on data.
