Position Overview: As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will take over an established portfolio of clients within a designated region. Your primary responsibility will be to manage ongoing financial strategies while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Client Portfolio: The client base you inherit will serve as a solid foundation for your earnings, motivating you to explore and secure new business opportunities. Typically, these portfolios present significant potential for additional revenue generation.

Support Structure: To facilitate your success, the firm maintains a robust support system with a 2:1 ratio of administrative staff, including Paraplanners and Administrators, to Wealth Management Consultants. This structure is complemented by an efficient back-office operation.

Work Environment: The role allows for flexible working arrangements, with most client interactions conducted via video conferencing or phone calls. During the initial transition period, you may be required to visit the office to ensure a seamless client handover.

Candidate Profile: We welcome applications from individuals who are fully Level 4 qualified and are eager to advance from a support position to a Wealth Management Consultant role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional client service as a Wealth Management Consultant or in a supportive capacity.
  • Strong background in the financial planning sector.
  • Must hold a Diploma in financial planning.
  • This expanding Independent Financial Advisory firm is led by esteemed professionals in the financial services sector, dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment and providing goal-oriented financial planning for clients.

Compensation and Benefits:
