Wealth Management Client Onboarding Engineering Team:

The WM Client Onboarding team is responsible for designing and building a highly scalable, distributed, low-latency onboarding application that provides a unified client experience across various divisions in AWM.

We use technologies such as ReactJS, Java, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Kubernetes to develop this platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn new technologies and languages to contribute to delivering new business and regulatory initiatives
  • Engage with a global team to design and build onboarding capabilities, including fault tolerance, availability, operational excellence, and test automation
  • Work with users to gather and analyze requirements
  • Drive better coding hygiene in the team and promote best practices
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to design and develop new features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a major object-oriented programming language, such as Java, Go, or C#
  • 1+ years of experience in microservices using REST

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Working with global teams
  • Knowledge of one or more NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and ElasticSearch
