Job Description
  • Lead the Paraplanning function, ensuring high-quality, efficient services that meet client needs as our business grows.
  • Champion Succession's Vision & Values across Paraplanning and the wider organisation.
  • Grow and develop your team in line with business needs, working with Managers and Learning & Development to identify and address development needs.
  • Operational management of the Paraplanning function and continuous review and improvement of processes to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Line managing, motivating and developing Paraplanning Managers.
  • Work in collaboration with key stakeholders and leaders across the business to ensure commercial objectives and set quality standards are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within the financial planning industry.
  • Experience of managing a Paraplanning function or team.
  • CII Level 4 qualified as a minimum, Chartered status preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning / paraplanning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for knowledge sharing and a commitment to professional development.
  • A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
